Enterprise network engineers looking for efficient solution for one of the following problems:

  • Control over incoming traffic for multi homed customer sites
  • Connecting IPv6 sites over IPv4 public infrastructure or vice versa.
  • Implementing scalable private network topologies (VRF) with no support from a Service Provider
  • Implementing Scalable L2 connectivity between Data Centers with host mobility.

Objetivos del curso

The Advanced LISP Workshop (LISP) v. 1.2 is a three-day, instructor-led training course that teaches learners how to install, operate, configure, and verify LISP: dual homing, control over incoming traffic, IPv4 and IPv6 integration, Mobility between Data Centers connected on Layer 3 or Layer 2. Upon completing this course, you will be able to meet these objectives:

  • Describe LISP fundamentals and configure basics
  • Establish Internet multihoming
  • LISP Multicast implementation
  • Configure and troubleshoot Shared and Parallel Model Virtualization
  • Configure and troubleshoot Delegate Database Tree (DDT)
  • Disjoint RLOC Domains
  • Redistribution of RIB Routes into LISP
  • Export Map Server Site Database in Map Server
