This 1 hour web based course is designed to introduce business professionals the skills they need to use the functions, and core features of the Marketing tool that is provided by IBM WebSphere Commerce V7 Feature Pack 7.

The skills that are developed in this course enable WebSphere Commerce business users to understand the features and functions of Marketing and Promotions tool of Management Center. The course begins with an overview of the Marketing tools. It introduces the students to different business scenarios for using the tool, and different marketing tasks of business users such as e-Marketing spots (eSpots), web, and Dialog Activities and other Management Center Tools associated with assets. It also covers briefly the Promotions tool of the Management Center can be used to create, and manage promotions associate with a store. They also provide brief descriptions of how they can be used with different business objects such as eSpots, targets, activities, or marketing content for a store.
