Course Overview

This course will provide users with an overview and introduction of the calling and telephony features within Teams. This course can be completely customised for each client as appropriate.

Duration: 60 minutes -5 sessions per day

Group Size: Up to 10 people maximum

Training Room Requirements: Meeting Room, TV/Projector, PC/ Laptop with Skype for Business installed per user
