Course Objectives
In this course participants learn to identify, correct, and avoid problems found in a TCP/IP network. Participants will use a protocol analyser to determine root cause analysis, and will have extensive hands-on training on network troubleshooting best practices.
Course Content
Fast Lane's "Troubleshooting TCP/IP Fundamentals" course takes new network administrators into the foundations of performing network troubleshooting, with a focus on comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP protocol basics. Students spend significant time working with protocol analyzers, developing a frame-level understanding of the primary TCP/IP protocols.
