As a participant of this course, you will effectively develop a solid foundation knowledge and understanding of Prince2 6th edition Foundation and Practitioner. Prince2 6th edition is the globally recognised project management standard.
Conteúdo do curso
This training will provide you with the necessary PRINCE2 6th edition knowledge and make the connections between the basic principles, topics, processes and management products clear. We prepare you optimally for the PRINCE2 6th edition Practitioner exam. Various case studies are used to transfer theory into practice. In group work, the tasks are solved using the possibilities of PRINCE2 6th edition.
The seminar is developed according to the requirements of the APMG (Official Accreditor of PRINCE2). Thus, all contents of the official syllabus of PRINCE2 6th edition are taught in the seminar.
PRINCE2 is a project management method that has been tried and tested for over 25 years and which defines specific action elements for each project phase as a best practice framework. After attending the seminar, you will be familiar with the methodology and terminology of PRINCE2 6th edition and will be able to use it in your project work.
On the first two days, the contents of the PRINCE2 6th edition Foundation are trained. This is followed by the exam. The PRINCE2 6th edition Practitioner training begins on the third day and ends with the exam on the fifth day.
